Most restaurants hire one company for the website, another for social media, a third for online ordering, and hope it all hangs together. Aunt Bill’s Soul Food Cafe in Katy, Texas, took a different approach. They run two restaurant brands under one roof, plus a food truck, and one team handles nearly all of their marketing and technology: us.
Today Aunt Bill’s has a 4.6-star rating from more than 4,100 Google reviews, and That’s My Dog, the gourmet hot dog brand that shares its address, holds 4.7 stars from more than 1,200 reviews (Google, October 2026). Here’s how the pieces fit together.

Two Restaurants, One Address, Zero Confusion
Two brands sharing one address is a classic way to confuse Google. Listings get merged, the wrong hours show up, and reviews land on the wrong restaurant. We manage each brand as its own business online: its own website (auntbillsoulfood.com and tmd30.com), its own Google Business Profile, its own categories, menu, and photos. Guests searching for soul food find Aunt Bill’s. Guests craving a loaded hot dog find That’s My Dog.
A Menu Google Can Actually Read
Most restaurant menus are a PDF or a single page, which gives Google almost nothing to work with. Both sites run on our Toast-synced menu system, our Popmenu alternative. Items, descriptions, and prices come straight from Toast, so when something changes at the register, the website follows. Every menu category gets its own page, every dish gets a page guests can review, and every page includes structured data that helps search engines and AI assistants understand what Aunt Bill’s serves.
Take a look at their Entrees menu. That’s what search engines see, too.
Every Review Answered, Every Question Covered
With thousands of reviews across two brands, replying to every one by hand would be a full-time job. We set up AI review replies and an AI web chat trained on the restaurants’ own information, menus, hours, and voice, and our team keeps an eye on both. Guests get a thoughtful reply to their review and an instant answer to their questions, any time of day.
The AI really works! The review replies and chat sound just as if I were directly speaking to the customer. I can’t tell the difference between AIs responses and my own they are that good.

Keeping the Dining Room and the Feed Full
Amy’s team runs social media for the restaurants, keeping specials, events, and food photos in front of the community. Email and SMS campaigns bring regulars back for holidays, events, and new menu items. Inside the restaurant, in-store TV menus and announcements keep the same messages in front of guests while they wait, so the dining room, the inbox, and the feed all say the same thing.
Catering, Events, Gift Cards, and Jobs, All Online
A busy restaurant is more than a dining room. We built and maintain the pages that drive the rest of the business: catering, private events, gift cards, careers, customer reviews, and a simple way for guests to leave a review. Each one gives guests an easy next step and gives Google another reason to send the right customers.
Taking the Kitchen on the Road
When Aunt Bill’s and That’s My Dog launched their co-branded food truck, it needed a presence of its own. The truck doesn’t serve at the restaurant address. It goes where the crowds are: food courts, festivals, and community events. We helped launch it online so customers can find out what it is, what it serves, and how to bring it to their next event, without muddying the restaurants’ own listings.

Why It Works: One Team for Everything
Aunt Bill’s doesn’t juggle a web designer, a social media freelancer, a menu platform, and a review tool. Every piece is planned, built, and run by one team that knows the restaurant, so a new menu item can show up on the website, in Google, on social, in an email, and on the TV in the dining room without anyone sending five different emails. That’s what we mean by a Growth Engine.
